Working with my baby

Hi there

I have a 6 month old baby, and I am willing to get a job, unfortunately I cannot pay any babysitting for her while I work. I was just wondering if people would hire someone in a nanny, after school job where I would be able to do it with my baby as well.

Any advise?

Nannies who take their own children to work are often an attractive option I think because the rates tend to be a bit cheaper than a nanny who doesn't take their own child with them.
