I am pleased to announce that Red Dot Baby Yoga classes will be starting at the

Goose Green Clinic starting Thursday 31st October


? Baby Yoga involves gentle and playful moves and exercises for babies

? Learn how to support your baby?s developmental stages through yoga

? Enhance your baby's sleep and digestion in the early stages of growth

? Simple moves to support mothers to stretch, restore and tone


Suitable for babies over 6 weeks to pre-crawling


The Goose Green Clinic , 57 East Dulwich Road

Thursdays 10.00am ? 11.00am


Classes are block booked at ?10 for 8 consecutive classes (can be used over 10 weeks for flexibility).

Term of 8 weeks is from Thursday 31st October ? 19th December

Availability for 6-8 mums and babies in each class


Drop-in / Taster Class ?12 ? please call in advance to check for spaces or check at reception on the day


All equipment provided. Wear comfortable clothing

    • Nope that is boring,  I want something creative.  Maybe turn them into Xmas cards.  I understand from those daytime television programmes that don't involve buying houses, DIY, antiques, bargain hunting and the second World War that this is called 'upcycling'.
