Someone to replace our chimney pot

Hi,

We have recently had our chimney swept and the guy said that our chimney pot is broken (room fills with smoke if wind is blowing wrong way).

I therefore am looking for someone to come and replace the pot ASAP.

Any recommendations gratefully received.
