We are two local mums who have decided to rise to a challenge set by the Design Council and Guys & St Thomas's Trust. The Knee High Challenge was launched this summer and asked for ideas to improve the lives and well being of children under five in Lambeth and Southwark.

We are trying to get as many local parents and carers as possible to complete a survey which will give us the information we need to develop our idea.

I am resident on lewisham but sometimes also do stuff in southwark. Is it still useful for me to fill it in?

Yes it would be useful for anyone who uses services in Lambeth or Southwark to complete the survey. There's a question about whether you actually live in the two boroughs towards the end.
