Shoddy service at Willis B - do not recommend

Hi all

Had a haircut booked at Willis B for ages which I was really looking forward to. An hour before my appointment in the evening they called me and said the stylist had called in 'sick'. This is fine but several things annoyed me ;

1) why didn't they call me when she called in sick first thing in the day?

2) I said to them, ok well when can we rearrange for. They said 'oh sorry you won't be able to rearrange'...erm ok...so i said 'is there anyone else that can do my hair'? they just said 'umm no sorry, there's nothing else we can offer you'.

It was just very disappointing.

I will be going back to Kuki as they have never disappointed and I only tried Willis B as they are closer to my house and i needed something convenient but I am happy to go out of my way and go to Kuki instead!!

You haven't had the service at Willis B, so how can you call them shoddy?...and how do you know the replacement hairdresser wouldn't have done an equally good job? Bit of a crap post really...makes me think you work for Shingo

i don't work for shingo, just saying if Willis B want new clients they should make more of an effort, like most businesses would.

Just wanted to say I've been going to Willis b for years. Always good service and friendly staff.
