can anyone recommend a good drama course for children?

Hi - can anyone recommend a good drama group/ course/ workshop in East Dulwich for a 7 (soon to be 8) year old boy? I'm looking for something that can hone his acting skills - he's not interested in singing or dancing, just drama. I'm aware of the South London theatre group in West Norwood, which I am considering (but don't know much about), but wondering if there's anything similar in the East Dulwich area. Not interested in Perform or Stagecoach, as that involves singing & dancing.

The Goose Green Academy of music and Performing arts is launching in January...Saturday mornings ?10 for the drama option...starts at aged 8.... [email protected] www.eastdulwichacademy.org ...looks good.

Yes, agree with the above. The drama option at the East Dulwich Academy of Music and Performing Arts will be 1.5 hours of drama/performing (not singing or dancing). And it's very local as it will take place at Goose Green Primary School (who are sponsoring the Saturday school) - it'll be nice to drop the kids off, then do the shopping on Lordship Lane or have a coffee with friends.

Yes, it will run from 9:30 to 11:05am on Saturday mornings. They are abit behind with getting the website up and running unfortunatly! If you email them, you can get ahold of an application.
