Apologies in advance if a duplication: Have searched "garden centre" and not seen this addressed -- the once-upon-a-time garden centre at East Dulwich station is now a property "to let" rather than a property "to knock down and re-develop". If this has been mentioned before, please point me to the thread; if it hasn't, well? what's going on?

Hi monica,

My understanding is that circa summer 2015 the current Grove Vale library shop units will revert to their freeholder. They are rented by Southwark Council.

I'm hopeful the reduction in rent will enable the new grove vale library to be open more often.

    • I've been using Homecert for all my electrical work at my flat in London for several years.  They have done small jobs like this one ( fitting a new security light to the patio) and big ones like fitting a new consumer unity, and also tricky ones like investigating and sorting out a problematic power circuit. They are extremely reliable and efficient and the work is always of a very high quality. Communications with the office are, in addition, excellent. Their work is economically reasonable and properly costed. I cannot see myself bothering with any other London electricians as long as Homecert exists
