Can anyone help?

My partner and I are first time buyers in need of an experienced, professional solicitor with high levels of communication to help us through our first property purchase. We aren't looking to spend top end fee's as we simply cant afford that right now. We also need someone experienced in dealing with absentee freeholder purchases.

We also need an efficicent surveyor who doesn't charge the earth but provides a good service service?

Please help us newbie's to the property ladder.

  I think the East Dulwich one was one of the first ones after Brixton? It was very exciting when it first opened here, but yes they are all over the place now.
