Problems adding Warm Home Discount to Pre-Payment meter via ED shops

My mother receives a warm home discount every winter, as she has a pre-payment meter, EDF her supplier have an arrangement where she can get the credit added to her pre-payment electricity key via Paypoint retailers.

However it's always a mission to try and get a retailer with Paypoint to actually know what to do.

So far, I've tried Vals and Costcutter by the library with her. Excuse one, "only the PO do it" which isn't true, the second retailer said he doesn't know how to use the machine for that function.

Is there any retailer in ED who actually knows about the scheme and will redeem her barcode vouchers for her?

my mum also gets those vouchers for her pre-payment meter and she goes to the co op on lordship lane. normally has no problems.

Just to say that the Co-op did add the vouchers this afternoon. Some slight hassle over ID and an inexperienced sales assistant, but other staff members were quick to help and double check everything went correctly.
