emza78
Hi all,Sorry for lazy post but I've started researching this and it's already driving me crazy! We have a standard ikea toddler bed and mattress, DD is ready to take the plunge and leave pull-ups off at night I think but we need a waterproof mattress protector first, just incase! All the ones I can find seem to be fitted to full single size, I was also hoping for one which doesn't "rustle".Any recommendations gratefully received! Thanks Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/39369-waterproof-sheets-for-ikea-toddler-beds/ Share on other sites
bumpy
We used something like this in the early days, though we put underneath the sheet to avoid it moving and to not make a big thing about a protector being there, was easy enough to whip off the sheet and protector when accidents happened, had two so that one could be in wash if needs be.http://www.mothercare.com/Mothercare-Mattress-and-Sheet-Protector-Pad/243700,default,pd.html Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/39369-waterproof-sheets-for-ikea-toddler-beds/#findComment-703600 Share on other sites
snowboarder
We just use the pampers disposable adhesive sheets - and double up as above so can whip off at speed in the night if necessary and not have to scrabble around for sheets.... Jo'sEnglish
We've got this one: http://www.bambinomioshop.co.uk/new-fitted-mattress-protector-591-p.aspIt's nice and soft, no rustling at all. The cot bed one is the same size as my little boys toddler bed. Undiscovered
I have these for both of mine and they do Ikea sizes and feel lovely. Look for discount codes for them too. Sure I got 10% off through MumsNet and also they often do other codes. http://www.naturalmat.co.uk/product.asp?strParents=&CAT_ID=0&P_ID=710&strPageHistory=search&numSearchStartRecord=19 Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/39369-waterproof-sheets-for-ikea-toddler-beds/#findComment-703651 Share on other sites
