This lady hosted a parent workshop at my sons school and I was interested to hear she also went in to the Hamlet & Charter to chat with the children about self esteem and resilience. Could be worth a quick chat with her? http://www.theparentcoachingacademy.com/

Hi, due to a timings conflict we need to find a replacement contractor to lay our wooden floor. Ideally they'd also be able to seal and finish the job. Thanks

Children's party entertainer - recommendations
bumpy replied to rossian's topic in The Family Room Discussion
We went to an engagement party recently where they had an "entertainer" for about 2 hours, dealing with roughly the same age group. They had 3 set ups... - HUGE box of Lego - colouring / drawing - bead station where they could make necklaces / key rings / bracelets The team of 2 interacted wth the children across the 3 activities. -

My 6 year old son is very keen to hold a toy sale! I thougt a car boot or table top sale might be the easiest way to do this! Does anyone know of any local up and coming events? Thanks

Sorry to resurrect an old thread but I'm looking for my local Beavers club and Google seems to bring up a few. Would anyone be willing to recommend a Dulwich or East Dulwich option. Thanks so much.

Just to add to Patryk's good recommendations who recently built a front wall for us. Reliable, no fuss, self reliant and cares about what he does. Thanks Patryk

Sorry to resurrect this thread but it seems that there's a few options out there. We're looking for one that offers both hot and cold which I see Quooker now do. But then there's also Insinkerator, Franke and Grohe. Does anyone have positive or negative feedback on any of these that they'd like to share?!
