Our high kitchen ceiling needs painting before Xmas

Hi,

Our neighbours upstairs had a bathroom leak and our kitchen ceiling is water stained but not badly damaged. We would like the stain treated and the whole ceiling repainted, ideally before next Tuesday (24th). The kitchen has a high ceiling and the area = 4m x 3.5m.
