Can anyone recommend me a freelance and not too expensive website designer please ?

I want to open a web site next month and need the expertise from someone professional with a very elegant design touch and help to understand the web world as I am really a newbie in this matter.

How to open a .co.uk website ?

Once open can I change it and update some things n it ?

How much does it cost to keep a website open ???

I can't really help with artistic design, but I have operated a couple of websites for digital marketing. You can use a basic downloadable template and add your own text and links etc (you do need a bit of know-how for this) When choosing a website address (url) you can decide yourself if you want to be ".com, co.uk" etc. This isn't expensive and other costs are for onine hosting (this varies). You will normally be able to update your site via your email account and pwd or have designer admin do it for you.
