Photo Developing in ED

Does anyonw know where I can get photos developed in ED that will only take a couple of hours to do/can be done from a USB stick?

I don't think there is anywhere in ED but would gladly stand corrected.

I go to Snappy Snaps in Sydenham.

"Develop" implies film.

USB stick implies not film.

What is it?

Or did I miss something?
