There are quite a few! Which one is the most worthy of a donation? Thanks.

If you want to fund research (rather than care), then Cancer Research UK. They are a) the biggest, and when you are funding research it takes a lot of dosh, so smaller charities sometimes have to only part-fund some stuff and b) they are not single-cancer and so push funding where it is most effective, rather than what is the better known by the public.
