For those planning on using the trains, check before you travel. All trains were cancelled this morning, and unsure when services are expected to restart.

Central London empty at the moment - like Zombie Movie empty!

Groan! Has anybody been down to East Dulwich or Denmark Hill stations today? I need to get back to Kent later and the travel updates are still saying no trains. I was hoping that these might be a bit out of date. I'm going to be in trouble if I miss Christmas.

Sevenoaks trains still saying cancelled on my iphone app (11:25 cancelled looks like 11:55 cancelled too)

JW, where exactly do you need to get to? Can you take a national express route? A combination of buses? Hire a car?

Sevenoaks - if the trains aren't back up later I'll send a distress signal out and my Dad will come and collect me, I really want to save him a journey though - Christmas is stressful enough without me adding to it. I'm convinced people in hi-vis are working on sorting the trains as we speak though (I hope anyway!)

You can get 3 buses... ED/Penge/Bromley/Sevenoaks. Probably take quite a while though...

Bromley to Sevenoaks is the Arriva 402. Although I imagine this will be a last resort! Good luck.

Bus to London Bridge took forever traffic is vile. Long wait at LB but there are trains. And I'm on one. In a seat. And finally defrosting.
