The last thing we worry about is gaining a few pounds. Yet once that excessive Christmas meal has been consumed we turn our attentions to shedding that inevitable unwelcome weight gain. Problem being for many is that getting back physically to where we were before the holiday period can be a little tricky. Many have pondered the idea of personal training as a means of receiving professional guidance in exercise prescription and nutrition to assist a healthy resolve going into the New Year. A good personal trainer can help by providing motivation, setting goals and offering feedback and accountability to your quest. A knowledgeable trainer can also educate their clients in many other aspects of wellness besides exercise, including general health and nutrition. So if you have recently contemplated 1-2-1 exercise and are still reading, why not get something in place before the mad January rush? There are a range of testimonials, case histories and recommendations on my website, thus please feel free to read more about my work www.fitfunactive.co.uk.
