In this newer, free-er age-

Will the new libel laws and the changes (that those businesses who wish to sue must now demonstrate they have suffered serious harm and/or loss) mean that in 2014 we can talk about those who must not be named again?*

Or will it mean more OTT criticism/slagging-off as posters feel more able to stick the knife in to businesses if they've had a stale croissant?
