Disused building on Langton rise between Wood vale and Westwood Park?

Does anyone know what the large (seemingly) disused building on Langton rise behind the butchers on Wood Vale is?

May still be used but little sign of activity and a few 'dander of death' or similar signs... Thinking of buying a place near there and wondered what it's / was used for?

Any info would be great.

its a garage - run by very nice man. Originally it was a stable block attached to the Inn at the front.

I think the "danger of death" signs refer to the electricity substation next to the garage - identified in Southwark's map here
