Hypnobirth. Recommendation for great hypnobirthing teacher

I wanted to post to recommend an amazing hypnobirthing teacher who helped us with the birth of our first child. I was a bit cynical about hypnobirthing before we met Zoe but I now think that it is brilliant and wanted to post to encourage other people to do it. My wife was very worried about giving birth before we saw Zoe. Zoe helped her to feel less anxious and more relaxed. We found the sessions great in preparing us mentally for the birth of our son and they also really helped me to feel part of the process and also to see what I could do to help. Zoe is really helpful, knowledgeable and easy to get on with. It was a very positive experience. This is her website:
