Broken kitchen window advice needed

A flying plastic cup did a nice job on my kitchen window and I need to get it replaced. Most of the window places I've seen recommended on the forum seem like they do big sash window jobs. Does anyone have an experience with just one single pane window replacement? Should I use one of the big companies or just go with a handyman? Recomendations for either service would be greatly appreciated.

  Completely agree. We have enough pubs in the area. Franklins is more like a restaurant with a small bar. The hope is that it is not changed too much. If it ain't broken... as the saying goes.

  The cars was still there earlier this evening. I just don’t understand why it’s not been removed.
