For those of you new to East Dulwich, we are a community run film society that has been going for over ten years. In our time we've played at the Thomas Moore Hall, The Dulwich Club (now a gated development), Upstairs at the EDT and at the Magdala. For the past few years we've been in exile at the The Castle in Crystal Palace Road but for our new season starting on Tuesday 17th April we're back at the EDT in Lordship Lane. For more details check out our web site www.paradisofilm.co.uk

We're interested in previewing short films by local film makers and getting involved with local community events. so, apart from coming to see our films, if you've got any comments or suggestions, post us a message.

  • 4 weeks later...

Tomorrow's film is "I saw Ben Barka get killed"

Last week's film was a sell out. So come early and have a drink in the bar Upstairs at the EDT before the film.

We are also still interested in showing short films by local film makers. So, if you would like your film to be seen contact us via our web site: www.paradisofilm.co.uk

    • You may have more success posting on ED facebook….personally, not a fan  of social media but where I have moved to in the country, this seems to be the main way  of communication. A suggestion for you - well a couple actually - there is a cafe at the edge if Telegraph Hill which might be worth a shot with a pizza stand attached - from memory think it is called White Rabbit or something like that. Cafe has odd evenings when they have music  as well. Not sure if you are to young but give them a go. Get some leaflets/cards done and pop through letterbox or on car windscreen in local area offering your services to clean cars… sure you have done this already. Wish you all the best.
    • Thank you so much for this - really appreciate it.
