Wanted - professional builders for exterior pointing and damp work

Want a professional building firm to do the pointing on our house and some damp work on the ground floor. There may also be some roofing work. Recommendations appreciated

Hi I can recommend local building company Mc Govern Design and Build, they have undertaken building work for me in the past. I did not have problems with Damp, it was suspected, however after thorough investigation by the builders, it was not the case.

Hi Susan ,

we recently used Urban space for a bigger project but some of it involved re-pointing a whole wall,they were so good they managed to match it exactly with the other existing wall! I did some homework on this and in most cases re-pointing usually does the trick unless the damp is really bad.Very impressed,pleased and reasonably priced.

Have damp patches on an exterior wall and one has also appeared on an internal wall on the chimney breast area. Am assuming that I need to get the wall re-pointed - any recommendations appreciated. Thank you
