So, given a lot of people (me included) bemoan the absence of Inside 72 given the frankly paltry selection of musical entertainment available elsewhere.. and there are lots of other nice but culturally deficient establishments dotted across ED that I'm sure would welcome the custom.. Are there any other budding DJs around the area interested in putting on something of a similar vibe to the halcyon days of I72 as a regular slot somewhere else? Nothing too strict on the musical selection front, but would be good to focus on the sixties rock/garage side of things, with some more modern takes on the genre, that used to go down so well..

Anyone in for giving it a go? Any venue suggestions? Pile 'em in, guys 'n gals... Yes, all of you complaining about them playing the Kaiser Chiefs in Adventure Bar.... ;-)

    • Try pavement, this is London, not the US. The Mayor increased his proportion of council tax in 2025/26 to pay for "more" haha PC's but my understanding is they were cut not increased. A rouse by the Mayor to take more and give nothing in return.  Troubling and far too common here.  Just be careful where you get it out
    • Just saw one of them on lordship lane scanning the area on the sidewalks in a hood and mask on an e-bike.  I just pointed at them pretending that I was on the phone with the cops and he darted away.  Absolute scum. Hard problem to solve. I'm hopeful there are strategies in place to keep our community safe for this but it's troubling.
