Adult Irish dance/Keep fit ceili classes

World Champion and professional dancer Deborah Whelan will now be holding adult keep fit ceili classes every Wednesday from 7pm-8pm at the Albrighton Community Centre, East Dulwich. The classes will involve a combination of basic Irish step-dancing, ceili dancing as well as general keep fit drills. This is a workout and a half!

No previous experience is required.

Adult classes now take place every Monday evening in East Dulwich and Sunday morning's in Dulwich Common.

Irish step-dancing combined with general keep fit is a great way of burning calories and improving flexibility as well as learning a new technique.

      Thanks so much I’ll try that too… might still try getting hold of an air purifier as well if at all possible - want to try cover all bases!

      The 185 is often the same. But that's why buses sometimes (and annoyingly) stop to "regulate the service". To be fair, it's often due to traffic conditions. If there is not much traffic, the one behind catches up with the one in front.

      I imagine this is because of the average  additional time involved, due to the styles. You could have asked the reason? I will ask, next time I'm in there.  Many salons have this differential pricing.
