Front Garden Excavation for Car Port

Has anyone had this done recently? What sort of costs are we talking? Can anyone recommend a company? We're on a road off Underhill - so impacted by the hill - and as such our ground floor is raised so there's quite a lot of excavating that would need to take place, not to mention supporting the house. Thanks.

I would seriously advise you to speak with the Borough Surveyor if that's what the're called.

I'm sure there are a few Bob the builders out there willing to dig away your foundations, but be very careful.

the first house on the right burbage rd herne hill end has a underground car port in the front yard the chap who owns the gaff is a nice guy sure he would give you bit of a heads up
