London brickwork co - anyone used?

We had a chap knock at our door from the above company offering to paint the front of our house, we have concrete patches on white so it's obvious it needs doing.

He seemed like a nice guy and I thought ?180 was very reasonable, he would only be painting the bay, window surrounds and decorative areas, not the pebbledash.

I can't seem to find any other threads about them in here so wondered if anyone had given them a chance and thoughts in their work??

I'd always be suspicious of someone who just knocked at the door.

However, giving him the benefit of the doubt, I'd definitely want to see other work he'd done in the neighbourhood - not pictures, but actual addresses where I could talk to the house owner.

That's the exact reason I came on here. He seemed legit and had company flyers, I just find it odd that no one has commented on them on here so I think I might avoid them this time.

what company would be touting on doors for ?180 worth of work?

I would get a second opinion, I personally would not hire anyone who has knocked on my door, quoting for jobs, you have not asked for.

Why dont you google them or check the tradesmen websites.
