Pls recommend a heating engineer to help us fix our water pressure

We have been advised to have the led water pipes and external stop cock replaced to improve the water pressure in our house. We are looking for a heating engineer who can advise us on this and who can also liaise with Thames Water. Anyone who could help us?

I doubt if replacing the street stop cock and lead pipe along the garden path will increase pressure. If the street stop cock is seized/faulty then Thames Water will replace it.They are surprisingly good in this area.
