Hello,

I'm Charlotte and I am starting a NEW circuits class in Push Studios to begin on March 25th 2014!

Circuit training is a form of body conditioning using high intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance - perfect for toning up and slimming down! It is an excellent way to improve mobility, strength and stamina to make you feel fitter and look leaner for the fast approaching summer month(s)!

For those that are new to the this type of class, WorkIt Circuit comprises of 6-10 different exercises that are completed one after another. Each exercise is performed for a set time before moving on to the next exercise. I will ensure each class includes engaging, challenging and dare I say it - fun exercises! All fitness levels welcome!

I am a Level 3 certified Personal Trainer, with additional qualifications in circuits, gym based boxing, indoor cycling (spin) and sports nutrition, so you will be in good hands! I am also an experienced Gymnastics coach and have even taught at the world's largest summer camp in America, International Gymnastics Camp. I am dedicated to fitness - not just my clients', but my own, and I hope to share with you, my passion for challenging workouts and a healthy lifestyle!

This is where YOU come in - I would like to confirm that the details of WorkIt Circuits are correct for the majority. Is 6.30am a good time for you or would 7am be better suited? Would you like to see additional classes during the week? If you have any suggestions or questions please don't hesitate to comment below or e-mail me privately at [email protected]

I look forward to any and all of your responses and hope to see you in class on March 25th!

    • I can't access the article - what's the gist?  I took the markets getting jittery when she was crying at PMQs to be a sign that they trusted her. But maybe it was because they were simply worried about any form of instability.  The NIC hikes have stymied the economy, which we could all see a mile off. Will a wealth tax improve things? Does anyone here think the trickle down has any impact and that chasing out the super rich will help things? Or are we just seeing off the biggest contributors to the economy? And has the Kwasi approach ever worked anywhere else?  Economics is not my strong point at all, I'd love to know others' opinions, but it seems to be she has few options, especially as the party is so divided.
    • does either of them have a surgery? probably not over summer, but I thought they had to give the opportunity for their constituents to meet them.
    • MaryT, I’ve contacted the Dulwich Hill councillors several times in recent years, always copying them both in. I have never had an acknowledgment from Jon Hartley (not even an automated response or out-of-office) nor had any response or engagement from him regarding the issue raised.   On each occasion, only Maggie Browning responded (she uses an out-of-office if she is away). The last time, I received no response from either for 3 months, until Maggie Browning emailed me to apologise for not responding and asking if the problem had been resolved.
    • The  Kwasi effect is being considered.
