Not sure, but the one at the top of Rye lane does.

Yes, they definitely do... I asked them yesterday when I was in there

They will also be able to take passport size photos which will be compliant and this is really a good service if you need photos for children.

they do but passport house didnt accept my pic from there,post office refused to give me my money back. just so you know.Ended up having to use the booth at passport house. Guy from post office showed me his template and insisted picture was fine. Passport house said it wasnt. 'wasnt correct to spcifications.'. I couldnt see what the fuss was about. Ended up paying twice though for pic.
