British Red Cross are very helpful and have helped me find information about my Dutch father whom left me as a baby. Email them and for a very small fee, I am certain they will find your relative.

I hope by now you already found your missing relative. My boyfriend also had a lost brother he used this agency: http://www.ukbackgroundchecks.com/private-detective.html. I couldn?t say if they were good. It happened a very long time ago when we weren?t a couple yet.
