Emski
Hello, has anyone had the same problem with their Bugaboo (ours is an old Bee) and can help with some repair advice? The extension mechanism on the handle (well, the lock I guess) has broken, meaning it won't stay in place and the handle moves in and out depending on whether you're pushing or pulling. It's not really usable like this, so if anyone's successfully managed to mend theirs I'd be very grateful to hear from you! Thanks Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/42362-broken-bugaboo-help-pls/ Share on other sites
hellosailor
This has come up before on here, I think with JennyH, if I remember correctly you need to send off for a replacement bit from bugaboo which fixes it, but I expect JennyH will be along in a minute to clarify.. jennyh
Here I am!!! Yep a common problem unfortunately. If you contact bugaboo and have a valid receipt then they will replace the clips for you. We didn't have a receipt (as it was a present) so we had to pay for replacements but it only cost ?10 or something, easy to fit. We've only had to replace them once but I know others who have had problem happening again. Try not to put too many heavy things on there.
