Loft conversion

Hi

We're planning on getting our loft converted and are in the process of deciding which firm to use. Would really welcome feedback from anyone who has used Loft Life or Selcom in particular, or any other recommendations. Any thoughts on key questions to ask before work commences would be really helpful too e.g. things you wished you had asked about or known at the start.
