Boots
Recommendation for a Yoga Class held upstairs at The Patch, Lordship Lane on Wednesdays at 09.30am. Price ?8I went to this hour long class last week, which is run by a really friendly and knowledgeable yoga teacher called Nicola. I'm recovering from a foot operation and she gave me alternatives to the poses I struggled with, and she had a wonderfully peaceful effect on the class. I thought the class was really really good for all levels, and I'm going back this week. I think you can just turn up on the day, and its on a first come first served basis. I picked up a flyer from the class which gives her email address as [email protected] and mobile as 07928 734220. Bluelagoon
Good to know - I'd really like too find a good daytime class. I find lots of stuff round here ( I suppose rightly so based on demographic) is either pre or post work, or aimed at the family brigade.
