Plumber needed IN EAST SHEEN

Hi, I need a plumber who is happy to travel to East Sheen to disconnect an old washing machine. Indesit who were just there to fit the new one for my mum say the pipes are seized and they can't put the new one in until old one taken out and pipes tested!! Why is everything always so tricky?
