Running 10 miles for the RNLI

Okay so it's a bit shameless to advertise my charity run on the forum, but I've seen others with hyperlinks attached to their forum names, so figured, well, why shouldn't I? Admin please do correct me if this is not good form.

On Sunday 26th October I will be taking part in the BUPA Great South Run in Portsmouth, running said 10 miles for the Lifeboats.

Me and Mr Buggie will be - were going to try and sort out a charity but wedding planning/work/being rubbish have meant we're just doing it as part of our pre-wedding fitness spree!!
