I walked past for the nth time this morning and noticed that nothing has happened for absolutely ages. PaulaBianca I feel your pain - I was shown your house four years ago by an agent but who also pointed out the downside of living next to such a project for an unspecified period into the future. I bought another just round the corner I'm afraid. Scott is one of our more noted local residents - his pub refurbishments created real amenity if you ask me and I think that MeatLiquor is brilliant too. You may not share this view. Anyway, apropos of nothing, I wondered what the latest is?

But it's resistance swimming

Resistance Pools/Swim Spas: These use powerful pumps or turbines to create a continuous, adjustable, smooth current, allowing swimmers to stay in one spot. They are ideal for training and rehabilitation.

Nope, just a regular old swimming pool.

Nice enough house, but £2.75m seems a lot for 3 beds...  And the garden seems very sad, with minimal greenery and massive fences all the way around.

Certainly individual without doubt…

Foxtons has a habit of over pricing for years … having said that.. one always pays a premium for a unique residence…and this is in my humble opinion one of those..

Love property, so thanks for sharing link…

Reviving this thread to note it is now for sale ... if anyone has a spare £3m and a need for a concealed stairway of death in their living room

Do give it a go.
    • Greens have some mad polices and I am still trying to work out if it is true that the leader of the party thought he could hypnotize women to have larger breasts 🤷‍♂️ country is in a real state at the min and all party’s have a part to play in that. what the future holds who knows but it is worrying.
    • A stellar win for the Greens in Gorton and Denton, no doubt. But by-elections are funny beasts. Labour's strength traditionally has been in its ground game. Legions of canvassers over many years in many seats usually means that they are best placed to 'get out the vote' on election day. I can't quite believe that the Greens have enough data, or people, to wrest control of the council from Labour.
