Are there any veg plants for sale?

Want to buy some veg plants tomorrow, has anyone seen them at any local garden centres (or am I too early?)... Not gonna get the time to grow stuff from seed, so wanted to invest in some plants instead...let me know if you've seen them for sale anywhere please, thanks!
