Hi I have signal but it's very poor has been for good few weeks now, getting a bit annoyed with them now.

Ha! Try being on EEE since Orange changed to this company I seldom get a signal anywhere other than in the west end.

Its so bad that after being a customer with Orange from when they started the moment my contract runs out I'm jumping ship!

Hi, I have had the same problems with Vodaphone so have just changed to O2 and its much better .

Have you tried your sim card in another Vodaphone mobile or another VF sim in yours? If so do you still not get a signal?

It is worth doing a hard reboot of the phone as that sometimes resolves signal problems.

Vodaphone are very expensive and they tend to break always. I bought my Samsung with a discount from a giift card and it's my 2nd phone after Vodaphone.

moneysaver I'm not really sure what your point is... which part of vodafone is "very expensive" and which part of vodafone "break always"? If it's the network you're referring to then agreed it is a little on the steep side compared to others especially with the length of contract you have to take out to get the best offer. However, despite many commenting they have trouble with signal (I also have trouble at home and generally the area should b fine - not in the middle of a hill, dip or next to mast) the network is great in places you wouldn't expect to get coverage at all - I work underground and get a signal!

If you're meaning the phones themselves it's irrelevant which network you go with, they don't make the phones, even the ones they claim are theirs. When I was with orange at the time of one of my upgrades I had to try 3 different phones (sending them back) until one actually worked properly.
