decorator needed

Hi I?m looking for a tradesman to quote on the following:

-remove stud wall between front and rear reception and make good

- reopen doorway into front reception

- sand and finish wooden floor in front reception

- sand and finish three flights of stairs

- sand and finish small bedroom floor

- paint hallway, across three floors

- paint front and rear reception

(painting to include woodwork)

You can come round to view the job any time from Thursday (15th May) afternoon onwards.

Ideally I?d like the work to start 20th/21st May.
