If you would like to meet one of the people who organised the street art around Dulwich - me - Im giving a talk/showing a short film/brokering a discussion tomorrow evening (Wed 14th) at 7.30 upstairs at the EDT. Its part of the Dulwich Festival http://www.dulwichfestival.co.uk/event/dulwich-street-art-inside-story

Some of the artists involved may well be there.

?5. The book of the project, 'Street Art, Fine Art' will be on sale, discounted for ticket holders.

  We went in for a quote for our tiny bathroom and they said it would cost £8-10k for off the shelf items and installation. We looked around and found https://thehousemartin.co/about He did the work for less than 5k, including plastering, carpentry of a custom cabinet, plumbing, painting and tiling. The quality of finished work was very high so we can't recommend him highly enough, the only additional cost to us was purchasing the fixtures.
