Fire Risk Assessment Report and Asbestos Report

I'm looking for a surveyor who can help with a Fire Risk Assessment Report and Asbestos Report in respect of a victorian terrace split into 3 flats. Ciould anyone recommend a surveyor who could deal with these matters/reports? I understand that this is now a pre-requisite of sale and I'm finding it difficult to locate a local surveyor who can do the job.

I had to do one for the house I live in. It doesn't need to be a surveyor, just a competent person. I'll PM you what I did as an example if you like.
