Which wooden playhouse?

I am planning to buy a an outdoor wooden playhouse for my daughter's 3rd birthday but am struggling to decide which one. I am a bit short on space and the biggest I can get hubby to agree to is 6 x 5. Have been looking at the Mad Dash 400 but wondering if there might not be enough head height.
