Hello all, We are looking to sell our house in ED and wondered what the average commission rate is in ED right now? Has anyone got recent experience selling with local agents? Any agent better than another? We are abroad right now so any advice/tips most appreciated.

A bit of advice pls... We rent our property out with a managing agent and they organised for a drain company to visit as the tenants noticed a strange smell. The company came out and charged a call out fee of ?120 but admitted they could not locate the issue and left. A second company was called who came out and rectified the problem. My question is, is it standard to make a call out charge and not actually fix anything? Thanks all!

We are out of the country but our tenants have just called the Managing Agent to say they have seen a mouse and can we send in pest control. Personally if I was the tenant I would just put a few traps down but don't feel we can suggest this so has anyone got any recommendations for a company/person to send in? Many thanks
