Hi V, We have had two au pairs/Mother's helps over the last three years. ?100 sounds fair as you have to consider they are living in a very expensive city. We paid significantly more but our Mother's Help worked up to 35 hours a week.

We are planning to offer our 5 bed house for rental in September and wondered if anyone can recommend an Agent above all the others we have on LL? Had two out to value the house for rent and they have come in at totally different prices. Thx in advance.

Can anyone suggest a fab plumber who really knows his stuff? We have been having ongoing issues with our heating and while our plumber has been sorting them out he is unavailable right now and the boiler has packed in so currently no heating and hot water via an immersion heater. I am hoping to have a home birth in a month so need to get this sorted quickly and properly. Thx!
