retail space

I visited Dulwich and some of the surrounding area for the first time today and thought it was a great place to live and work. I already have two lifestyle shops and would love to open another in the area. I would really appreciate any feed back on any retail space available short or long term and if you think it would be welcomed in the area. Below is a link to my website.

If you sell what I call "tut" you will do well but you appear to overlap with already present shops. Also, check our costs of retail spaces. They are quite likely prohibitive....

TBH I have nothing particularly against shops selling gifts and trinkets, it's just that we already have three or four of them.

But in answer to JDR's point... if they already have a shop in Spitalfields then surely rent in ED is unlikely to be too high.

Oh lord, a little part of my soul just died looking at your site. Sorry, I know its your business and all that, but please try Northcote Road instead. It's a great market for products like yours, think ED on high strength hormones and a wealthier/brasher splash of cash

Please, pretty please, silver plated and engraved please, don't open in ED

Given some of the shops currently trading in ED and the prices charged, and some of the sad sods that actually happily pay the prices, you'd be right at home and do very well I've no doubt.
