New fusebox and electrical cert needed

Wonder if anyone can help.

We have just been quoted ?600 to put in a new fuse board and get an electrical safety cert so we can rent out our house - this seems steep-can anyone quote less than this/recommend anyone? We need this doing asap.

we just had a new mains board put in for much less

call our electrician, he's local, we've used him for the past 3 houses so recommend him
