Recommendation for shared workspace, Loughborough Junction

I've just started my own business and am working from this shared workspace near Loughborough Junction. It is a really lovely place to work and quite cheap. http://www.neardesk.com/locations/details/108

To be honest I would like to keep it to myself, but it is so empty that I am a bit worried they find some other use for it, so am putting it on here in case it meets anyone else's requirements. Perhaps it is the Loughborough Junction location that is putting people off, but it's a lovely space and really quick to get here from east dulwich by bike.
