Dentist recommendation please - NHS - am terrified

I hate dentists, haven't been to one for many years, but really need to see someone and get my teeth cleaned. Recommendations please for an NHS dentist who understands terrified patients!

Cleaning is (usually) done by hygienists now and the charge is separate. The Gardens NHS list is closed but they have a good hygienist (or possibly two now) you might be able to see.

I have a huge fear of dental treatment, a colleague recommended PH Dental, by Peckham Rye Station and it was the best dentist I've been to, I was in agony after putting off treatment for so long and shaking with fear but I can honestly say, everyone there was lovely and so patient. Give them a call and explain your fears.
