phone unlocking - where

ok, so my phone provider is being useless about unlocking my old phone (can be up to 3 months madam, its not our fault and we have no idea how far down the line your request is). Can anyone recommend someone locally? I have all the paperwork for the phone to show its not stolen!!

I think the place on the corner of Grove Vale and Melbourne Grove unlocks phones. Seem to remember seeing that service offered in the window.
